HOW DID I MAINTAIN MY MOTIVATION ?

The TopBodyChallenge was very complicated, physically and morally. In order not to give up a second time, I done my workouts concentrating on my exercises and what muscles was working, instead of on the exercises I had left.
But after 6 weeks, I had a huge decrease of motivation: tired of not having time for fun, tired of eating vegetables, ... I wanted to eat fat dishes, Burgers and cakes ... once again !
I could have devoured everything in my cupboards of accrued frustration, but my friends and family helped me pull myself together, telling me that I had not already done half of it to ruin everything for Carbonara and candies, that I was a person full of determination, and that I was going to succeed.
I never knew that my family saw me as a determined person! It gave me an incredible boost! I even learned from my grandmother that my father nicknamed me "the bulldozer" (because it's true that when I have an idea, I do not have it in the buttocks and I know how to find determination when necessary ... meaning shopping or catching Kinders Ahahaha).
I had to prove them, and mylself, that they were right, and above all, not disappointing them. So I continued ... to the end !
I saw the first results on my Greece holiday pictures ... While my sister was scrolling the pictures, I snatched her camera from her hands so I was perplexed :
Me: "Is that me ?!"
She said : "Yes! You lost well, it's obvious"
And frankly ... as I was glad to see an evolution AT LAST ! It was good for me to see nice pictures of my body in swimsuit!
Motivad as hell, I pursue with the TopBodyChallenge2 on my return from Greece. And I have had no loss of motivation ever since. And frankly, the second program went fast, it was great. I no longer spied changes on my body anymore, I just knew it would come.
And the results came!
