As beauty isn’t just about fitness, but also about pretty face, pretty healthy hair and beautiful skin bouncing, I’d like to share my beauty routines & if you have any tricks, products to share with me, do not hesitate!
To begin with, let me tell you about my skin : regarding my body, I have dry and sensitive skin. However my face is composed with a mixed skin (shiny on the T-zone, and dry on the rest of the face). I had acne for a long time, painful cysts, acne scarring marks, dilated pores and dull complexion. I tried so many marketing products, and nothing worked !
Clearly, my anti-acne beauty secret is my pill.
But I also discovered little by little, that "Less is More"! And the less you put on your skin the more you skin becomes thankfull.
I tend slightly to use only natural products such as Vegetable Oils, Hydrolats, etc ... The composition of marketing products start to frighten me.
FACE BEAUTY ROUTINE

I start with a scrub as soon as I feel my skin "rough" (about once a week):
Kukui Oil + Sugar : I pour a little oil in the center of my hand, that I cover with sugar, then I gently massage my whole face with
Rinse with hot clear water
I do not wipe my face with a towel (too many bacteria), but with cotton soaked in anti-aging micellar water that contains Argan Oil
This scrub is very effective for me, my skin has never been so soft and hydrated.
Morning
I wake you my sensitive skin with a cotton soaked in anti-aging micellar water
That I hydrat afterwards with few drops of Kukui Oil, and a little nut of the self-tanning face Bondi Sand cream (whose effectiveness remains to prove ... no tanning effect on my skin)
Do not forget to hydrate your lips and eyes contouring with 1 to 2 drops of Castor Oil (applied by massages, from the inner corner of the eye, towards the outside of the eye)
Once my skin has absorbed the oil and it is all pulpy and moisturized (breakfast time is enough), I apply a light touch of foundation (Dream Velvet of Maybelline) only on my Imperfections and dark circles
To fix my stare, I "cap" my eyebrows with a mascara comb (which I got from a transparent mascara and that I cleaned), on which I sprayed a little lacquer
For a light make-up, I assume that the eyes or the lips are made up, but not both.
Eyes
I always apply a base before any eye make-up (from Kiko, which is good), it avoids make-up to move and concentrate towards fine lines throughout the day.For a brighter look, I apply very lightly a pearly white eye shadow on the brow eyebrow, just below the line of my eyebrow (which I then blend for more natural) and / or in the center of the eyebrow (if I wear eye shadow).
I finish with black mascara (Rocket Volume, from Maybelline that I adore).
Lips
For a nude makeup, I apply only illuminator along the upper lip (from Biguine, which lasts me for months, but unfortunately does not have an exceptional holding).Otherwise, I only use matifying liquid lipsticks (Double Touch, from Kiko / Super Stay 24, from Maybelline / Velvet Mat, from Bourjois). I have a preference for the Super Stay 24 paintbrush, which is more precise and allow better lip drawing.
Cheeks
For a good-looking/fresh make-up effect, it is on them that you must bet : the blush and the illuminator.
Personally, I use a liquid lipstick (Double Touch, from Kiko) with which I make 2 or 3 tiny points that fade on the line of my cheekbones. For the effect to lasts longer, I add a little powder blush with a brush. I finish with the illuminator (upper lip / nose / cheekbones).

Tips :
If, in the course of the day, your blush fades, pinch your cheeks a little !
And for those who wear foundation all over their face, for a good natural effect, try the blush under the foundation ;)
End of the day
I remove make-up from my skin with a biphasic product on a cotton, which even eliminates waterproof makeup (Cil Demasq, from Maybelline, which is correct but does not erase any trace of mascara with a single passage)
I finish cleansing my skin with my anti-aging micellar water, until the cotton discs are clear
I hydrate my skin with Kukui Oil only, and a few drops of castor oil for the eye and lip contour massaging for a minute or two
It feels so good after a working day!
In case of an imperfection, I avoid touching it and I apply on the evening Betadine solution directly on it with cotton stem. The next day, the spot is all deflated is almost gone.
HAIR BEAUTY ROUTINE

I am not yet a fan of the low-poo & no-poo, but I do not choose my products at random : I fled products containing silicone (which in my opinion is only "hiding misery" until the next day), I avoid parabens and sulphates (more difficult)
Shampoo : I use the Timotei Pure shampoo without silicones, parabens and dyes. It unfortunately contains sulphate, but it is correct. And I like its fresh smell
Mask : I tested L'Oreal Elseve mask called Extraordinary Oils, without silicones, and the smell is so bewitching. It makes my hair so soft ! I love it. I also tested the low-poo wash cream of the same range to change my shampoo, although it seems to contain a little sulphate as well. But it leaves me especially greasy hair.
Oily mask: Once a week, I use a mixture of several natural products (all purchased from Aroma-Zone), which I apply on wet hair and which I leave as long as possible (1 hour minimum)
1 spoon of moisturizing capillary mask (for moisturizing and detangling)
1 spoon of Mustard Oil (for hair growth)
1 spoon of Kukui oil (for hydration)
A few drops of silk protein (for softness and beauty of the hair)
A few drops of rice protein (for hydration and strength of hair)
A few drops of Pracaxi oil (for strength and detangling)
A few drops of Piqui oil (for their beauty and its acid odor)

For their daily care:
I opted for a wild boar hair brush, which does not tear, does not damage, and allows to distribute the sebum along the length of the hair (and it is the last centimeters that deserve the most hydration)
I hydrate them every morning and evening alternating Kukui Oil / Broccoli Oil (which draws your natural curls) + Aloe Vera
BODY BEAUTY ROUTINE
For my body, I only use Vegetable Oil : Kukui Oil or Coconut Oil. They are totally absorbed by the skin (a little longer for Coconut Oil which is not a dry oil, so pay attention to your sheets and clothes), and are very nourishing. You may also be interested in Sweet Almond Oil, which I read full of good things of.
I hydrate my skin every morning, and every night after the shower. Consider regular scrubs in the shower with a hammam glove for example, or simply baking soda! It's super efficient, and it costs nothing.
To combine hydration and anti-cellulite action, I highly recommend the use of an anti cellulite cup (Cellublue is perfect), combined with a moisturizing oil not too thick (baby oil for example)
I will end this part with my very personal opinion, but I find that an epilate skin is prettier than a shaved skin. For one year, I depilated with an electric epilator (whole legs, bikini, armpits). Yes, it takes time, a lot of time ... 1h every session, but it's more economical than a session at the beautician !
With hair removal, no visible dark dots under your skin, no more chills anxiety that make your legs prick again in seconds, exit every skin damaged made by razor blades!
