"But how did you slim down your thighs?"
& I must admit that my thighs have always been MY complex! I envied so much the girls who had long bronzed curved legs ... Thin, tanned and smooth legs are so sexy.
It was always what I looked at on the other girls, and then I looked down at mines, and I wanted to cry. For me it was my thighs that could have made me look thinner, if only they had not looked like poles. So for you girls, I'll give you MY combo for thinner thighs :

HEALTHY DIET.

The diet, I must repeat, is the most important thing in the loss of your fat. Sport will allow you to draw your muscles, and make you "FIT". Personally, I said to myself, "My food balance needs to be strict until I reach my ideal reflection (a cheatmeal every week, that's all.)
Then, when loosing fat won't be my goal anymore, I will be less strict with my diet. So when I post on Instagram super sweet breakfasts, or unexpected cheats, do not copy, and do not resonate like "If she has results like those even with extra, then I can do it too, and I would have such good results "→ NO !!!
We are not at the same stage girls : I already done 7 months of rebalancing food and exercising. It has been rough for me too during 6 months, but now I can allow myself extras more often because I DO NOT WANT TO LOWER MORE.
It's gonna be hard for you too, but it is worth it !
PS : Sorry dude, no food "thigh fat burner" to share. You have to be serious all the time, except when you are allowed, either once every two weeks or once a week if you are too greedy.
RUNNING.

From my TBC experience, I think that what helped me to melt my thighs is running.
But I'm not talking about a 20-minute running ... I did runs of 45 to 55 minutes twice a week.
Otherwise, you can also practice jumping rope, it refines just as much! Practice for 30 minutes alternating 1min of jumps & 30sec of rest.
Then increase the duration of the jumps and decrease the duration of the rest times when you will feel able to do push further.
And let me warn you : say "Hi !" to the stiffness in the calves at your first sessions ! Don't forget to stretch well !
Otherwise, for those who do not like to run : me either, I hated it ! But with a good playlist that goes to the rhythm of your stride, it's gonna be fine.
TARGETED EXERCICES
Here's a bonus girls, let me share with you my targeted exercises that I did from time to time to work a little more my thighs <3
Keep in mind that pretty thighs, are homogeneous thighs. So work the inside and the outside of your thighs !!!
Small Tip: For more results, and faster results, do the exercise with a resilient band !

- Flutters (inside thighs): lie on your back, lift your legs stretched and tightened vertically. Place your hands under your butt to protect your back. Open the legs simultaneously on the side, then return them to the initial position (3x50 repetitions).

- Sides flutters (outside thighs): lie on the right side and bring your right leg at an 90 ° C angle, plated on the ground. Keep your left leg taut in the continuity of your bust. Lift the leg and lower it without touching the ground. Do not tilt your bust forward or backward. Use your abs to keep you still (3x30/ leg).

- Sides flutters (inner thighs): lengthen on the right side and bring your left leg at an 90 ° C angle, foot on the ground. Keep your right leg taut in the continuity of your bust. Make small flutters with your right leg without touching the floor. Do not tilt your bust forward or backward. Use your abs to keep you still (3x30/ leg).

- Walked lunge : with dumbbells of 2kg in each hand (3x24, that is 3x12 lunge / leg)

- Sumo squats: spread legs, feet pointing outward. Lower your butt keeping your back straight (holding dumbbells will help + will inflate your butt), and knees above the toes. Then raise your pelvis by pushing it forward and contracting the butt once standing (3x30)
ANTI-CELLULITE CUP
This anti-cellulite cup is great : It really smoothes the skin if using it regulary, and you can use it on all your body (legs, buttocks, belly, handles of love, arms, etc ...) .
It should only be used with an oil (anti-cellulite or not) to be able to slide on the skin, 5 minutes/zone.
Yes at first it hurts, very badly, but when you see before/after pictures, the cost (20 €) is totally worth it!
I use the cellu-cup of Cellublue. You can find all the information on their official website. I did not pinch the cellu-cup too hard on the first uses or I'd put it in the trash.
Regarding its use, I used it every day the first two weeks, then irregularly (I was lucky not to have much cellulite). I had the skin so soft and smooth after that, that I was delighted ! The use of oil also keeps your skin hydrated, so it will already look prettier and healthier :)
RESULTS : FOR WHEN ?
Slimming down your thighs is a long-term job (sorry for the impatient) ! So do not get discouraged.
I have always been convinced the size of my thighs will never change, no matter how hard I try. I resigned myself to "it's my morphology, like all my sisters."
May I ended up seeing an evolution at about 4 months of work.
Once hated and insulted, I am now reconciled with them and I pamper them. But the results are not there by miracle : perseverance and rigor were my keys to success. And it will also be yours. You have to be serious about your routine (diet + cardio + renfo + cellu-cup).
