TOP BODY CHALLENGE & NUTRITION

Before the Top Body Challenge, I did not eat too much, but I ate bad.

I never used to get more than one plate, but I rarely ate vegetables. I was often bloated, I also had a bad transit. But above all, I nibbled a lot ... Gluttony is my numer 1 enemy !


During the first two weeks of the TopBodyChallenge, I followed the TBC Menus. The first few weeks were hard. I was often hungry, especially at night, even if I was eating good quantity. And I especially wanted SUGAR!

The TBC Menus is a very healthy nutrition program, and I was surprised to read that they allow us a lot of bread, which reassured me. But, still had to reduce a little my stomach and wean my body from all the sugar that comforted me until then.

Then I got fed up, it was not only menus made up of everything I liked, and I was afraid to just walk away from a balanced died by forcing myself too much, so I made my own meals.


I applied the following rule: In the morning eat like a queen, at lunch eat like a princess, at diner eat like a peasant.


In other words :

  • For breakfast I ate a lot, but healthy : for example, whole-grain bread with St Moret, a bowl of yogurt with raspberries and a small handful of chocolate muesli

  • For lunch I ate balanced : whole starchy foods, vegetables and protein. Then a fruit and / or a ow fat yogurt

  • For diner I ate light: vegetables and protein. Then a fruit and / or white cheese 0%

That's why we talk about "clean heating", and especially no diet : we banish nothing! And finally, more than a year later, I continue to apply this habit, and I have not regained weight.



 



CHEATMEALS


During the 1rst program, I respected the rule of 1 cheatmeal every two weeks quite well.


During 2nd program, my diet was less strict, but managed all the same. I had a cheatmeal every week, but I compensated the days that followed. And I started to eat sweet at breakfast ... especially pancakes ... I love pancakes!




 


SLIMMING PILLS


Do not talk about slimming pills, protein powder, etc ... No, no, no and NO!

I only want a body gained by sweat! A body to which I give the healthiest energy possible.


The only thing I tried was the SoShape program, which seemed to be clean, but my body totally rejected it. I drank it once, and I gave the whole lot of it to a friend who wanted to try. It made me sick all night.
