I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this program!


How not to be when we know that there is only 6 months between the first and last picture ?!

When you think about it, the change came quickly : 6 months only ... it's just WOW! I feel and look like my body is 10 years younger than, knowing I am only 24 years old. My old pictures give me the impression that the girl on the left already had children, especially looking from the back.




To all those who start, who are going to start or who are already in the adventure : your brain will not assimilate your metamorphosis right away. You'll see yourself bigger than you are for a long time! The image you have of yourself, and how you look like in your pictures will not be "believed" by your brain.

For a long time I was persuaded that I looked way more better in pictures than in the mirror, more thin and muscular than I really was. But I came to realize that it is because the physical change is "too fast". Your brain still retains the old image of your appearance, the one you have seen for years and which did not satisfied you!


Personally, it was earing so many times I had changed a lot, that I ended up seeing it : either from the last two weeks of the 2nd program. The fact that is that we are always too hard with ourselves.




The TopBodyChallenge taught me how to get to the very end of something, it also taught me what is patience. Before this adventure, I wanted to lose most of my fat in 1 week. Today I know it does not work this way, and I have margin before taking back my pounds. I lost them slowly in an healthy way, and I muscled (and the more you are muscled, the more your body needs calories to maintain your muscles, even at rest! Thank you virtuous circle!).


I recommend it very strongly to those who are not comfortable with their body, or even to those who just need to tone up their skin!


If I have one last advice to give, it is to keep in mind that a healthy and muscular body, it is 70% due to the the way you fuel you body with nutrition, and 30% to exercising. So pay attention to what you put into your plates!
